HARMO18 Official Hotels
HARMO18 Official Hotels' are hotels selected by the Congress co-organizing company Emilia Viaggi to provide a range of negotiated price options for delegates and easy booking options. All hotels are within reasonable (3- 4 km) distance of the CNR venue but in Bologna city center. A free shuttle bus will be available. Estimated time of travel is approximately 15 min depending on the traffic. For individual & group bookings you are required to contact Mrs Elena Legnani from our Housing Office Emilia Viaggi, sending the attached form duly filled in to elenalegnani@emiliaviaggi.it
How to reach Hotels
FROM THE RAILWAY STATION: In front of the station is Piazza Medaglie d’Oro and on your left after about 100 metres is Via dell’Independenza. Take this road and continue towards Piazza Maggiore, after approximately 500/800m, depending on your choice, you will find the Hotels
FROM THE AIRPORT: Bologna city centre is approximately 4 km from the airport. A special bus service called Aerobus provides a rapid and easy connection with the city centre from 5,30 up to midnight every 11 minutes. Using this service from the airport until Via dei Mille stop. From here continue down to via dell' Indipendenza and you’ll find the Hotels. More info here

Booking Conditions
- The room rate shown is reserved for rooms booked via Emilia Viaggi. On acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions, you authorize Emilia Viaggi to confirm your reservation for the total amount, which includes the advertised room rate and breakfast but excluding the city tax where applicable
- Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Emilia Viaggi to confirm Hotel reservations on your behalf, including payment
- Payment via Credit Card – Visa or MasterCard is accepted for credit card payments. Full payment will be charged on the day of booking to your credit card. Payment via Bank Transfer may be processed to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing to elenalegnani@emiliaviaggi.it and will be subject to the following conditions:
50% of accommodation fees will be refunded before September 3rd, 2017.
Emilia Viaggi regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
